What counts as a signing request
Section titled “What counts as a signing request”- One signing request = one document sent for signature, however many signers or copy recipients it has.
- It’s counted when you send. Requests that are later canceled, declined or expire still count.
- The plan’s allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Unused requests don’t carry over. (Organizations without a card subscription, such as most custom plans, reset on the first day of each calendar month, UTC.)
- The Signing requests this period meter shows what you’ve used from the allowance, how many extra requests you have, and when the allowance resets.
When the allowance and any extra requests are used up, sending fails with Your organization has used all … signing requests for this billing period until the next period, or until you buy more or upgrade.
Extra signing requests
Section titled “Extra signing requests”Buy them under Extra signing requests (available while your subscription is active): choose a number of packs (1 to 100 per purchase) and Buy.
- They’re used only after the plan’s allowance for the period is used up.
- They never expire and carry over from period to period.
Changing plans
Section titled “Changing plans”- Choose plan (no active subscription) opens a secure checkout page.
- Switch to this plan (active subscription) changes the plan right away. The change is prorated: you’re charged or credited for the rest of the current period.
- You can’t move to a plan with fewer users than you have active users. That plan’s button is disabled; disable or remove users first.
Payment method, invoices and canceling
Section titled “Payment method, invoices and canceling”- Payment method & invoices opens the billing portal, where you can update your card and see past invoices. Depending on how the service is set up, you can also cancel there.
- The Invoices list shows recent invoices with a View link.
- If a payment fails, every Tenant Owner gets an email. The app keeps working while the payment is overdue; update the payment method to keep access.
Status and access
Section titled “Status and access”| Status | Can your team use the app? |
|---|---|
| Active, Trial, Payment overdue | Yes |
| No plan, Canceled, Unpaid, Incomplete | No. Owners are taken to Admin → Billing; everyone else sees No active subscription. |
Custom plans
Section titled “Custom plans”Need more users than the largest plan, or a different arrangement? Choose Contact us on the Billing page or email sales@example.com. Custom plans have their own user and signing-request limits and are set up by the service operator. While you’re on a custom plan, plan changes go through sales rather than the Billing page.
