Signing in
Open the app from the Teams app bar. Teams signs you in with your work account, without a prompt, each time you open it. There’s no Sign out inside Teams.
The app has two personal tabs, Editor and Signing. It can also be added as a tab to a channel, group chat or meeting chat: whoever adds it chooses whether the tab opens the PDF editor or Signing. Everyone who uses the tab needs access to the app in your organization.
Go to https://app.teameditsign.com/login and choose Sign in with Microsoft. A Microsoft sign-in window opens; use your work account. Personal Microsoft accounts aren’t supported.
You stay signed in in that browser until the session ends (12 hours by default) or you choose Sign out from the menu under your initials.
Account owners who signed up with an email address can sign in with it at https://app.teameditsign.com/login. Use Forgot password? to get a reset link (valid for one hour). Resetting your password signs you out everywhere.
