Edit PDFs
Edit existing text, add text, images and links, comment and mark up, fill and create forms, redact, recognize text in scans (OCR), reorganize pages and password-protect documents.
What the app does
Team EditSign is a PDF editor and e-signature service for organizations on Microsoft 365. It runs in the browser and as an app inside Microsoft Teams, and it opens and saves files in OneDrive and in the files of your Teams channels.
Send for signature
Place signature, initials, date, name, text and checkbox fields for one or more signers, in order or all at once. Signers don’t need an account. The signed PDF ends with a certificate of completion.
Works with Microsoft 365
Your team signs in with their Microsoft work account, inside Teams without a prompt. Files are read and saved with each person’s own Microsoft 365 permissions.
Run your organization
Owners manage users and licenses, billing, and an activity report of what happened in the organization. The activity log can’t be edited or deleted.

Each organization is a separate account (a tenant) with its own users, plan, signing allowance and activity report. See Roles and permissions.
Where your files are
Section titled “Where your files are”- Files you open from your computer are edited in your browser. They go to the server only if you send them for signature.
- Files in OneDrive or Teams pass through the server when you open or save them, using your own Microsoft 365 permissions, and aren’t stored there.
- Documents sent for signature are stored by the service (the original and, once everyone has signed, the signed copy), so signers can open them and you can download them later.
