Organizations

Platform → Overview shows: Organizations, With an active subscription, Suspended, Active users, Signing requests (30 days) and Completed signings (30 days), plus how many organizations are on each plan.

Platform → Organizations lists up to 500 organizations, newest first. Search by name, organization ID or the email of any of its users, and filter by status (active or suspended).

An organization’s page shows its plan, subscription status, users against its limit, and signing usage this period (used / allowance (+extra)), its users, its Stripe customer and Microsoft 365 tenant IDs, and a View activity link for that organization.

Suspend immediately signs out everyone in the organization and blocks sign-in. While suspended:

  • users see This organization is suspended with the support address,
  • signing links for its requests stop working,
  • the organization’s data, subscription and activity log are kept.

Reactivate restores access. People sign in again as usual. Both actions are recorded in the activity log (tenant.suspended, tenant.reactivated).

For agreements billed outside the Billing page’s checkout. Under Custom plan, set Users and Signing requests / month and choose Save custom plan. This sets the plan to Custom and the subscription status to active.

  • The organization’s owners then see no plan cards on their Billing page and are asked to contact you to change plans.
  • The signing allowance resets on the first of each calendar month (UTC), unless the organization has a Stripe billing period.
  • Invoicing for custom plans happens outside the app.

Under Extra signing requests, enter a number and choose Apply to add requests (for goodwill or corrections), or a negative number to remove them. The balance can’t go below zero. Like purchased packs, these never expire and are used after the plan’s allowance.

All plan and credit changes are recorded as tenant.plan_overridden with the values you set.
